Mont-Saint-Hilaire
The Saint-Hilaire Mountain is the highest monteregian
hill (415 meters) and the other characteristic sign of the city is the culture
of apple, so it is one of the stages of the Monteregian cider Road. Do enter
one of the many orchards of the surroundings to participate in the self
harvest or to taste the traditionally-made ciders.
In Mont-Saint-Hilaire you will also find the first Biosphere Reserve of
Canada: the nature preservation centre of the Mont-Saint-Hilaire. Hiking
and bird observation are the master words of the reserve.

à l’amérindienne” (taste sweets in the Amerindian
way), discover the Amerindian traditions linked with maple (exhibition,
